Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Meghalaya.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order only within 1 hour of placing it. Once an order has been shipped or moved to the fulfillment stage, cancellations are not permitted.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after full payment is received. During peak seasons, processing may take longer.
Shipping Locations and Costs
We currently ship to addresses across India.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery pincode. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.
Delivery Timelines
We use reliable third-party courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Rest of India: 7–12 business days
Please note: These timelines are estimates. NAKI is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, such as courier service disruptions, natural calamities, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.
Incorrect Address and Non-Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the delivery is rejected, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery charges. No refunds will be provided for shipping costs in such cases.
Order Cancellation
Time Limit for Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. We move quickly to process and prepare your unique products, so this narrow window is essential.
Post-Shipment Policy
Once an order has been shipped or moved to the fulfillment stage, cancellations are not permitted. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when this occurs.
How to Cancel
