2. Return policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines the guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds for orders placed on www.naki.odoo.com.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been processed and shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.



3.  Refund policy

As part of our comprehensive customer service, NAKI offers a substantial refund policy.

  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the damage. We will be happy to replace the damaged items or offer a full refund with sum equal to the price of the product ordered within 4-5 working days.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and retrieve the incorrect item at no additional cost.

Please Note:

  • All shipping costs associated with returned or replaced items due to customer error will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.


4. Shipping policy

At NakiStore.in, we're committed to getting our fresh, high-quality spices and herbs to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Order Processing

  • We process orders within 1-2 business days after they are placed.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs and budget. Delivery times will vary depending on your chosen option and location. 

  • Standard Shipping: This is our most economical option, with delivery within  7 -8  business days to most locations in India.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the value of your order and if your order value exceeds 699/- you get free shipping if its bellow that you have to pay 50/- for delivery. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the courier's website.
